Flexible resource pool

A flexible resource pool is a ring-fenced team of NSSL staff who have vast technical skills, who you can use to extend your own team's IT capabilities. Using NSSL's flexible resource pool means you do not have to extend your own headcount to cope with demands placed on your business. The resource will have a thorough knowledge of your systems and business and will be available when required.

Pricing

Pricing is based on your individual requirements, dependant on which areas of the business you would like to cover, how long you want the resource to last for.

How does it work?

Once the resource level has been agreed and training undertaken you can utilise the team whenever necessary providing it is within your agreed levels. When team members are not being used by you, we will use them on other projects across the business. Although at all times you will have priority over this resource.

The flexible resource pool will tackle peaks in transaction/processing demands and business continuity.
