Financial Sector Technology Awards

The FST Awards recognise excellence and innovation in the field of information technology within the UK financial sector. The primary criteria for assessment is the delivery of definable and significant business benefits, innovation and originality of application, and project management issues such as delivery on time and within budget.

On 21 March 2007 we were awarded as 'IT Team of the Year', which recognises the achievements of our IT team who have been responsible for projects such as migrating our core applications to the Microsoft.NET platform, implementing an intrusion detection system, merging with Universal Building Society and automating our internet. We were also highly commended this year in the category of 'Compliance Project of the Year' for our compliance with ISO 27001 accreditation.

This is one of many FST awards we have achieved over the years thanks to the tremendous efforts of our highly skilled and dedicated IT professionals. In 2006 we were awarded as 'Best Outsourcing Partnership of the Year' for our provision during 2005 of online white labelled Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to two other UK practitioners, the Bradford and Bingley Group and Bath Building Society.
